How to request deletion
To ask Velora Inc to delete eligible personal information connected with a jewellery enquiry, appointment, website interaction or WhatsApp consultation, email us using the details below.

What to include
- Your name and a contact address where we can respond.
- The email address or telephone number associated with the Velora enquiry. For WhatsApp enquiries, identify the number used for the conversation.
- Whether you want us to review a particular consultation or all eligible personal information we hold about you.
Please do not email passwords, payment-card numbers or copies of identity documents. If additional identity verification is required, we will explain how to provide the necessary information through a suitable process.
What happens after your request
We will review the request, verify identity where appropriate, determine which Velora-controlled records are in scope, and respond in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Eligible records may include contact information, consultation notes, design preferences, messages and reference material held for a project.
We may need to keep information for legal, financial, security, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes, and some backup copies may be removed on their normal retention cycle. We will explain relevant limitations where required. Where appropriate, we will also consider instructions to providers processing information on our behalf.
About WhatsApp and other services
A request to Velora covers information for which Velora is responsible; it does not automatically remove content stored on your own phone, within your WhatsApp account, or information held independently by Meta or other service providers under their own policies. Deleting a WhatsApp chat on your device does not automatically submit a deletion request to Velora.
